He worked as Relay and Measuring Devices engineer at Relay Measurement Devices Directorate of T.E.K. (formerly known as Turkish Electricity Authority) from February 1979 to October 1983.
He worked as Responsible Engineer, Chief Engineer and Group Chief Engineer at T.E.K. Yatağan Relay & Measuring Devices Division Group Chief Engineering Department whom he was the founder of from October 1983 to March 1996. During those years he has attended acceptance and tests of Relay and Measurement Devices in England and France representing the corporation, he also took part in numerous training sessions and seminars in Ankara organized by T.E.K both as instructor and participant. In 1996 he discontinued his position in Turkish Electricity Administration at his own will.
He worked as Relay and Measuring Devices Manager (Secondary Test Division) at BARMEK ELEKTRİK TEST VE BAKIM A.Ş. which is a Barmek Holding company from March 1996 to October 2001. During those years he has participated in secondary site control and testing operations and commissioning both in turn key and expansion projects for over than 50 154 kV and 380 kV Transformer Stations and Power Plants. He also took part in testing and maintenance of numerous industrial plants’ MV Systems with his team. He attended the Relay Training Course provided by ALSTOM in France in 1998. Leaving this position in 2001 he went to Azerbaijan to take part in Barmek Azerbaijan Power Network MMC which is another Barmek Holding company.
He worked for Barmek - Azerbaijan Power Network MMC from October 2001 to July 2003, upon Barmek Holding was rewarded with the tender of Baku Power Network operation for 25 years. After working as General Manager Consultant on Safety and Measurement Systems for 9 months, he worked as responsible RET(Relay Electronics and Testing) chief director at Electrical Meters Reparation which executes meter reparation, testing and installation works for 550,000 subscribers , Test and Erection Directorate, Relay Directorate, Electronic Directorate, Transformer Stations Test Directorate, Cable Test Directorate for 12 months then returned to Turkey upon discontinuing his position on 31.07.2003 at his own will.
He worked as General Manager for a private corporation from September 2003 to November 2005.
He has been working at MEREN ENERJİ LTD ŞTİ as Co-founder and Company Manager since November 2005.

Upon working as Relay Measurement Devices Technician at Relay Measurement Devices Directorate of former TEK (Turkish Electricity Administration) and also working at TEK Directorate of Test İzmir Test Group Chief Engineering Department for a long time in his career from 1972 to 1996, he retired from his position at Chief Technicians staff in 1996.
He provided service for contractor companies of T.E.K. as an independent subcontractor from May 1996 to September 1997.
Working at BARMEK Electrik Test Bakım A.Ş. which is a BARMEK HOLDING company from September 1997 to December 2002, he was assigned to Baku / Azerbaijan to take part in execution of Baku Province Power Distribution by the Azerbaijani Government.
Upon taking part in the operation of Baku Power Network from December 2002 to July 2003 he returned to Turkey at his own will.
He worked as Team Chief for a private corporation from September 2003 to November 2005.
He has been working at MEREN ENERJİ LTD ŞTİ as Co-founder and Company Manager since November 2005.

Some of its personnel are retired from the Turkish Electricity Authority, which is Turkey's largest Public Institution in Electricity Generation, Transmission and Distribution, and the other part is established in 1995 to provide Test and Maintenance services in Turkey on the same subject and ceased its activities in this field in 2003. They are employees who have worked in the Test and Maintenance Company of a Holding and other companies.
